Purple

This is my playalong to the second album I ever released. It actually was part of a dual disc, self-titled debut album that was produced into a CD. That’s where the flying bird painting came from. Vitaly from GS Productions contacted me about making the CDs and I told him I didn’t have any artwork for any of the music. He contacted his friend Marina Boyko and asked her to listen to the music and paint a picture. So she did. And it was perfect.

But yes.. Purple is disc 2. In the double disc CD, disc 1 was “Black” and disc 2 was “Purple.”

Not many people in the world have these. There are still some out there.

Self-Titled

Following the momentum and catharsis I felt from the Purple playalong, I decided to keep this going. This is my playalong to the first album I ever released. Reflections

So, I was going to start going in order from oldest album to the newest, but then I blew it right away. Here is my newest playalong. This is to my newest official release. So, you know.. not oldest to newest. But anyway.. I just felt like playing along to this one, so I recorded it.

I think that Reflections is my best representation of composition and layering. It was tricky having it all one song like that. Not sure if I did it the way that all the rulebooks say, but I’m incredibly happy with it, so you know..
