A few months back, a good friend of mine challenged me with a song idea. The challenge was for me to cover a song, but the only info I get for it is the lyrics. Not the band, not the name of the song, nothing but lyrics. Then I was tasked to build a song from that to ultimately compare with the mystery original song.

Here’s what I came up with.

I finally found out that it was an obscure Iron Maiden song called “Strange World” off their debut album! Cool huh!?

What a fun idea. AND I freaking love how the song turned out.

But yep. This one isn’t officially released to Spotify and iTunes and such yet. It’ll more than likely be on the next album. Stay tuned!

I used Photoshop to edit the album art, and Premiere Pro to edit the video. The background videos are just stock video footage.

And please keep in mind.. I put very little time and energy into making the video portion of things. I just wanted to give everybody something to look at while you listen to the song. haha!
